What carrier do you use?

All packages ship USPS priority mail.

Do you ship outside the US?

We do not. Orders can only be shipped inside the US. At this time we do not  ship to Canada or Alaska due to outrageous shipping costs and how long it takes to receive cookies, they're no longer fresh after 15+ days of travel. 

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship next business day. Occasionally same day if our shipping department receives your order in time and has the appropriate cookies to fulfill your order. However during holidays, launch days, Black Friday & Cyber Monday weekend orders can take 2-3 days to process. But cookies will always be made fresh to order. All orders are shipped USPS priority mail which typically takes anywhere from 1-5 business days. Once your package leaves our site we are unable to control how quickly the carrier moves it.


Please verify your shipping address at checkout before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. Customers are responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout. 

Can I make a change to my order?

Once an order is placed it's sent to our shipping department and printed immediately. We are unable to make any changes to order details (name, address, products, combining orders, etc.) once an order is submitted through our site. Please verify your shipping address at checkout before submitting your order. 

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order is submitted through our site you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is fulfilled and ships you will receive an updated email via Shippo with tracking information. 


If your tracking shows a label has been created, but the tracking isn't updated don't fear. Tracking systems are notoriously wonky. Your order is on it's way, but typically a carrier as forgotten to scan a package therefore tracking hasn't updated. If your order doesn't arrive within 1-5 business days of being shipped please email us at sales@thecookiecrate.com and we will get it resolved. 

My package is lost or stolen, what do I do?


If your package was marked as delivered, but you haven't received it yet please try the following before contacting us. 

  • Check with neighbors to see if your package was delivered with them. 
  • Reach out to your local post office 


Once a package leaves our warehouse we are no longer responsible for it. At that point, it is the responsibility of the carrier. All lost or stolen package claims must be handled with them directly at the link below:

Can I ship internationally or to an APO address?

At this time we are unable to ship internationally (to include Alaska) or to Army base addresses outside the US simply because of the time these orders take to ship, our cookies would unfortunately no longer be fresh. We have plans in the future to find a way to ensure freshness with longer distance travel.

My cookies arrived broken, can I get a refund?

All orders are non-refundable. We will happily send a replacement box of cookies if something arrives damaged, but we must be made aware of these damages within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at sales@thecookiecrate.com with your name, order number and a photo of the condition of your box and cookies.
