Sometimes there are moments in life when you just can’t find the right words... hard moments like the loss of a family member, a divorce, a miscarriage, a terminal illness... grief strikes us in so many forms and we all grieve differently. But the one thing we all have in common is the desire to be comforted. For some that’s a hug, others it’s sitting quietly together just to know you’re there. For many an act of kindness, such as a box of cookies, says it all. A simple, “I don’t know what to say, but I’m here.” — We’ve seen a lot of packages head out the door reaching so many who are troubled and we are honored our cookies get to be that bridge to comfort someone who’s hurting.
