Do you ship outside the US?
We now ship all through the US including Alaska and Hawaii for FREE with Fedex Express guaranteed 2 day delivery.
Can I request my cookies to arrive a specific day?
Yes! We've added a feature where you can now pre-order cookies. Here's how it works:
When placing your order please input in the "shipping instructions" when you'd like the cookies to be delivered and leave the rest to us. We then figure out based upon FedEx shipping times from TN to the recipients state, when to ship the cookies. Your order will be baked fresh the day it ships!
**Please understand once the package is out of our hands it's no longer in our control. We can't guarantee anything will arrive exactly on the day you've specified, but we always err on the side of caution and ship a day early.
When will my order ship?
Orders take 24 to 48 hours on business days to process. They are then shipped via FedEx with guaranteed 2 day delivery. However during holidays, launch days, Black Friday & Cyber Monday weekend orders can take 4-5 days to process. Cookies will always be made fresh to order. All orders are shipped Fedex Express which typically takes 1-2 days for delivery. Once your package leaves our site we are unable to control how quickly the carrier moves it.
Please verify your shipping address at checkout before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. Customers are responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.
Can I make a change to my order?
Please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org with any order changes, inquiries or issues. Once an order is placed it's sent to our shipping department and printed immediately. We can’t always guarantee to fix your order once it’s placed so please double check your information before checking out and submitting your order.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order is submitted through our site you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is fulfilled and ships you will receive an updated email via FedEx with tracking information as well as an email once it’s been delivered.
If your tracking shows a label has been created, but the tracking isn't updated don't fear. Tracking systems are notoriously wonky. Your order is on it's way, but typically a carrier as forgotten to scan a package therefore tracking hasn't updated. If your order doesn't arrive within 2 business days of being shipped please email us at email@example.com and we will get it resolved.
Can I ship internationally or to an APO address?
At this time we are unable to ship internationally or to Army base addresses outside the US simply because of the time these orders take to ship, our cookies would unfortunately no longer be fresh.
My cookies arrived broken, can I get a refund?
We will happily send a replacement box of cookies if something arrives damaged, but we must be made aware of these damages within 5 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and a photo of the condition of your box and cookies.
