How do our cookies get all the way to your doorstep?

Hey, Sabrina here! I am our customer service person, and I am going to explain a bit of our shipping process and answer some common questions.

Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. Due to the long customs process, we can't ship internationally because the cookies would no longer be fresh when they arrived.

When do you ship?
We ship packages out Monday-Thursday. Sometimes, when shipping over the weekend, a package ends up sitting in a warehouse with no climate-control. We want to avoid that so your cookies arrive fresh, quickly, and in perfect condition! This means you can have your cookies delivered any day of the week except Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday.

How do you ship?
We ship orders in the chronological order that they are placed in, unless you request a specific date. You can request a specific delivery date by typing it in the Special Instructions before adding the crate to your cart or selecting the date on our new calendar feature during the checkout process. This feature shows you the soonest date that you can get your order delivered, or you can pick a date further in advance if you would like to preorder your cookies. You choose the date you would like them to arrive, and we will do the rest! Cookies are baked and shipped on the same day. We use FedEx Priority Shipping, which is a 2-day shipping option.
