Have you ever wondered how your cookies made it all the way from our kitchen to your doorstep? Here's a glimpse into the daily routine of The Cookie Crate crew! Our amazing head baker, Kayla, comes in at 4:30 am (holy cow!) to get started baking. Cathy handwrites all of the personalized notes for each order. Sabrina responds to all emails and phone calls while Anne does quality control and begins bagging the cookies. Ciara jumps into the kitchen with Kayla to keep the dough rolling! Hailey creates our Instagram content while Leah serves customers in the storefront. Then, Sabrina starts packaging all of the cookie crates. Cathy jumps over to the shipping station and packs up all the orders. After all the orders are ready to go out, we restock our boxes and bags to prepare for the next day! We spend the rest of the day scooping up cookie dough and chatting with customers in the storefront. Sabrina, Leah, and Hailey close up the store at 6pm, and our awesome FedEx employee, Nathaniel, picks up the packages to get them on their way to you! After that, FedEx makes every single delivery. There's a lot that goes into our routine, but we have such an amazing team that makes it so easy and FUN!
