When we released the Summer Box in 2020, we had no idea just how much y'all would LOVE the Lemon Sherbet cookie! So much, that you voted to keep it on the menu even longer! While this isn't "goodbye," we are making some room on our menu for all of our yummy fall flavors coming soon. We prefer to think of it as a "See you later!" How did The Cookie Crate get started?Jon & Maegen Mills, founders and owners of The Cookie Crate, started this company in April of 2019. These two are insanely opposite and yet completely compatible! Jon is the dreamer, constantly pushing outside comfort zones and striving for more. Maegen is the creative content creator. She dreams, but with boundaries! Jon runs the day to day operations, overseeing their incredible team of 7 women, while you can typically find Maegen in Instagram stories or concocting new cookie ideas and/or boxes for future launches. They reside in Johnson City, TN with their four kids...

At The Cookie Crate, we only ship fresh-baked cookies and sell fresh cookies in our storefront. When we close on Friday night, sometimes we have a few cookies left. Rather than wasting all that deliciousness, we donate it! We always give to our local Ronald McDonald House and first responders in the Tri-Cities area. Just our way of giving back to the community that has given so much to us!
